We’re in for a difficult journey through this case, but when I read about Joachim Kroll’s disturbing crimes against women and children, I knew I had to cover it. He’s not as infamous as Ted Bundy or Jeffrey Dahmer, but Joachim Kroll’s crimes are equally, if not more, disturbing. His cannibalistic killing spree took the lives of 14 known victims — and authorities believe he killed even more. Joachim Kroll might just be the most messed up person I have ever heard about.
